Shipping & Orders
We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product. More than 50% of orders ship within 3 business days or less. Shipping time is added on top of fulfillment time.
Yes, you can change or cancel an order that has been submitted — unless it's already being fulfilled. Once production has started, changes are no longer possible.
Yes, you can upgrade your shipping method while your order is being fulfilled, but you won't be able to change it after that.
Estimated delivery time (EDT) combines the fulfillment time (2–5 business days) plus shipping time based on your location. It's an estimate, not a guarantee. If your order hasn't arrived after the EDT, please allow a few extra days before reaching out.
